21ST CENTURY LEARNING ELEMENTS
A new design for the District to facilitate Next Generation learning methods for grades Pre-K through 2. Glass-enclosed reception area overlooks the main entrance and the entrances to the gymnasium and cafeteria. Cafeteria opens to the library, the main corridor, and the outdoor courtyard and playground. Classrooms in each grade area are grouped around open collaboration spaces, instead of conventional corridors, to facilitate multiple activities and varied learning styles.
