CLEMONs creek middle school

Anna ISD’s Clemons Creek Middle School is a brand new school being designed to play an integral part in harnessing the culture of the District while fulfilling a vision of innovation for Anna ISD. The main corridor will act as the spine of the building which will connect the two wings, allowing visual connection from one entry to the other. The two-story classroom wing is designed to support 850 students in grades 6-8. 

While the building resonates with the context using similar brick materials, the use of various metal panels will help bring in a new progressive element to the design. The media center will operate as the hub of the building. The double story volume and floor-to-ceiling windows will allow maximum transparency through the space which will relate visually to the existing elementary school.

The other wing of the building will include a fine arts department, an open concept cafetorium, a practice gym, a competition gym, and a locker room that will serve as a storm shelter. Opening fall 2023.
