REPURPOSING A CAMPUS FOR A NEW USE
Exciting renovation to convert an old elementary school into a new Ninth Grade Center for 650 students. The makeover provides an updated and modern facility with a collegiate feel as students transition from middle school to high school. The use of expansive operable doors creates space for multiple, spontaneous uses, and provides a collaborative environment.
Other updates include a new larger reception area reconfigured to allow visual monitoring of people approaching the building, old cafetorium changed into a new Commons adjacent to renovated Library, Fine Arts, foodservice, JROTC, athletic facilities, Culinary arts, Cosmetology, and Career and Technical Education (CTE) spaces.
