This new elementary school is being designed as a hub for community activity in this fast growing school district and will address current overcrowding and expansion for future growth. The new two-story, 74,000 SF school will be built on an undeveloped site near the District athletic fields and will serve grades Pre-K through 5th. Phase 1 will accommodate an initial capacity of 470 students, and the site's ultimate build-out allows for expansion to accommodate up to 630 students. The project will include core curriculum classrooms, cafetorium, library/media center, outdoor learning spaces and playgrounds, a secured front entrance, administration suite, and an EF-5 tornado shelter. Opening is scheduled for the Fall of 2025.
