21ST CENTURY LEARNING ELEMENTS
The project is a replacement school for the old Ralph Bunche Elementary School on the same site. The old school had already been abandoned and demolished, but the District’s growth pattern required this site to be reutilized. The new 2-story school serves 800 students in grades Pre-K to 6 and incorporates many 21st Century learning elements including collaboration, multi-function spaces and shared community-use spaces. WRA affiliated with local firm Pate Architects.
