IMPORTANCE OF NATURAL LIGHT IN THE CLASSROOM

New elementary school in rural eastern Dallas County setting. Ample daylighting is provided throughout the school with a large light well over the central entry rotunda and long clerestory windows the entire length of each classroom wing. The building includes cafeteria, gymnasium with performance stage, clinic, library, 34 regular classrooms, plus classrooms for Music, Art, Spanish, Life Skills, Gifted and Talented, Computer Lab, Resource Content Mastery, and 2 Science Labs.
