Additions and renovations to Vernon High School will add approximately 8,450 SF to the existing facility. Additions include a new media center that will double as a storm shelter and feature collaboration areas, teaching areas, small group rooms, restrooms, and a librarian’s office. Renovations will reface the existing front canopy, create a dedicated front entrance, add new entrance canopies, renovate offices in the admin, and transform the current library into additional classrooms. Serving grades 9-12, this project is planned for completion in the fall of 2023 with Gallagher Construction Services.
