A continuous WRA client for 54 years since1962, 315 projects to date: Four new high schools, numerous other schools of all grade levels, replacement elementary and middle school, stadiums, auditoriums, fine arts, planetarium, libraries, district officers, support facilities, site evaluations, numerous additions and renovations, Master Planning, District-wide Facility Assessments, and Bond Planning on six successful bond elections since 1993.
"WRA provides excellent architect-engineer services to our district. The members of their firm can meet any design challenge, whether it be transforming a 1950s school into a modern school or building a brand new school. We appreciate their commitment to service and performance and are proud to have them on the MISD team."
More than 20 projects since 1983: Additions/ renovations to three high schools, athletic facilities, district support facility, and Vo-Ag facilities. WRA produced comprehensive PR campaigns for a successful 2007 bond election and designed the resulting projects: a new elementary school, new baseball/softball complex, renovations to several schools and administration offices, and technology upgrades.
“My interactions with WRA has been nothing short of amazing. As Superintendent of Crandall, I have experienced five years of customer-service oriented, knowledgeable and relational professionals. I recommend WRA for any school district.“
WRA has worked with Brock ISD for several years on projects including renovations, new elementary school, and most recently, successfully passing a $18M bond in November of 2016 for several additions and renovations.
“The WRA marketing team has been an outstanding partner to Brock ISD with regards to assisting us in preparing and promoting our recent bond election. We look forward to a long-term relationship with WRA and their dedicated professional team.”
Since 2002, four successful bond referendums, a new middle school, new football stadium, and renovations to the elementary school. WRA designed Sunnyvale ISD's first-ever high school, completed in 2009. Other projects have included a new elementary school, a Next Generation addition to the middle school, and we are currently in progress on a large high school addition/renovation and a new 400-seat auditorium.
"Sunnyvale ISD's partnership with WRA is based around learning, innovation and sustainability. WRA and its partners understand our district's desire to move beyond the boundaries of our classrooms to provide the type of education our students need - and that's inquiry-based, hands-on learning. Our teachers guide our students to question, create and problem-solve, and WRA truly understands the inventive spaces needed for that type of thinking and exploration."
Since 2010, Master Planning, Bond Planning, Bond Election PR Consulting, and six initial projects from the bond. Later awarded three more projects and several consulting assignments. These projects include two new elementary replacement schools, renovations to a third elementary school, and a complete replacement of the stadium.
"After difficulties with two other architectural firms, Castleberry ISD hired WRA Architects in early 2010 for bond planning, election PR consulting and the resulting projects. Since then, we have awarded additional projects to WRA. Compared to other firms, WRA stands apart in how well they listen to us and provide what we need.
Clyde CISD has been a client of WRA since 2006. In partnership with WRA, the district has had two successful bond elections and eight projects. These projects include a new replacement elementary school, new high school auditorium, a new football stadium and field house, and now a recent addition/renovation to Clyde Junior High School.
"Clyde CISD passed a bond package in May of 2016 with the help of WRA Architects. We could not be happier that we used WRA Architects. From start to finish they did an outstanding job. They helped design our entire communication plan with websites, brochures, social media, the works for the bond planning and promotion which turned out very well, with a successful bond passage. They followed the visuals and videos of what the project would look like at completion and it turned out great. The last phase was the design where they paid close attention to details, and again things turned out outstanding. I cannot say enough about WRA and their excellent service."
Legacy christian academy
A WRA client for 10 years, many projects have been included including master planning, admin office renovation, athletic building, academic building, lower school science lab renovation, fine arts building and the upper school with auditorium.
"Throughout the construction process, we had a secure comfort in knowing WRA shared our interest in the design and construction of the building. I thoroughly appreciate the teams attentiveness to every detail and speed of responding to inquiries. We truly felt like a team with each of the WRA associates on site. The end result is a building we are very proud of."
GALLAGHER Construction SERVICES
"WRA has been a huge asset to school districts and professional partners when it comes to bond planning, data analytics, and gathering local intelligence. We have worked with WRA on millions of dollars of projects and the company has successfully helped school districts from start to finish with their bond elections. The general public typically has limited knowledge and understanding of how school bonds work, or the necessity of them as they pertain to building new facilities."
"As a firm, their attention to detail while maintaining the project schedule is second to none, greatly benefiting the overall project with service well beyond design.
WRA is well respected and exhibits the highest levels of competence and professionalism."
Cadence McShane Construction
"Cadence McShane appreciates WRA's continuous professionalism and "team" participation approach, which had made each project a success. WRA's construction documents are always well prepared and the contract administrators are always great help to the construction team. We look forward to continuing to work with WRA in many years to come."
