City of Forney Police Department 911 Dispatch Center Renovation

WRA worked closely with the City of Forney Police Department on a renovation to upgrade and double the size and capacity of their current 911 PSAP Dispatch Center. We coordinated carefully with City staff and the contractor to maintain a fully functioning operation throughout the renovation work. A temporary call center was set up and this was included in our overall project planning. This project, though complicated and tedious, was completed on time and under budget.
