Seth Stevens

Seth joined WRA in 2010 after earning his master’s degree and teaching architecture in graduate school.

Seth Stevens is a highly accomplished Principal Architect specializing in K-12 educational and municipal projects. Possessing comprehensive project management expertise, he has a proven track record of completing projects encompassing new construction, rebuilds, renovations, and complex additions to historic buildings exceeding 100 years old. With a deep commitment to understanding each owner’s intent through active listening, he excels at translating vision into reality. Furthermore, he demonstrates a keen interest in leveraging technology for high-quality videos and renderings to effectively communicate design intent to both communities and owners. A strong advocate for professional development, he is dedicated to fostering team success, growth, upholding high quality control standards, and consistently setting a high bar for owner satisfaction. In 2015, he was promoted to Associate, and in 2022, he became a Principal in the firm.
