Starcenter multisport NORTHLAKE

The new StarCenter Multisport facility in the Town of Northlake being designed by WRA Architects will provide a new, multi-use venue for youth sports tournaments and other community activities. The facility will accommodate up to two ice hockey rinks, eight basketball courts, 16 volleyball courts, 16 pickleball courts, as well as six throwball courts. The building is organized by a central main corridor with ice hockey on one side and the gymnasium on the other. Each side has a central spine, at the ground level, which will house locker rooms, public restrooms, and a large concessions center. The second floor will feature large observation decks for spectator viewing of sporting events and a large weight training room. WRA Architects is working with Lee Lewis Construction on the 230,000 square foot building, scheduled for completion in late 2026.
