East Cardinal Middle School

Melissa ISD’s East Cardinal Middle School is the district’s second middle school campus, designed to support a growing district and evolving educational needs. Situated on an 80-acre site, the school will initially accommodate 1,200 students, allowing for seamless future expansion. Sustainability is integral to the design, with energy-efficient systems, reduced environmental impact, and strategic daylighting that enhances learning environments while lowering operational costs. Program spaces include administrative offices, a media center, gymnasiums, a cafeteria, and fine arts and CTE areas, collectively designed to support collaboration and student achievement.
