The project includes two phases of work, comprising renovations in the existing building, an addition, and a new parking lot. The addition, currently under construction, is a 3,800 SF corridor addition that will help negotiate a 12-foot grade change on the site. It will also provide a new, protected connection from the Pre-Kindergarten annex to the main building. The design provides several break-out and collaborative learning spaces along the interior of the corridor, as well as an exterior learning stair at the connection to the main building.
