The two-story intermediate school to serve 675 students in grades 2–5. Includes 26 classrooms, science classroom, computer classroom, life skills suite, social studies classroom, E.S.L. classroom, art classroom, library with reading area, 6 specialized classrooms, music classroom, cafetorium with performance platform, food service kitchen with 2 serving lines, 2 resource rooms, 2 teacher workrooms, administration offices suite, I.S.S. classroom, bookroom storage, playground area and separate play area, and staff and visitor parking for 162 cars. Gymnasium was completed earlier under separate contract.
