Approximately 12,000 SF of Texas Wesleyan’s Graduate Program of Nurse Anesthesia building was renovated to create 3 nurse anesthesia simulation labs. The renovation also included a control room to observe the simulation labs with one way mirror glass, a conference room, storage rooms, and enlarged restrooms with new fixtures and finishes. The student lounge and staff lounge spaces were upgraded with new counters and millwork. The offices were upgraded with new flooring and paint. In addition, the lighting was upgraded throughout the building with new LEDs and also the HVAC RTUs were replaced. This project opened in fall of 2021.
