Complete replacement of a 60-year old urban stadium on a tight site. The new facility seats 4,000 with aluminum bleachers and includes a VIP section with comfortable seats with backs. The new facility includes pressbox, concessions, ticket booths, public restrooms, and parking. The new front entrance includes a bronze lion sculpture and a display monument featuring donors and boosters. Due to the tight land-locked site, there is no track.
