This project consists of 53,400 SF of renovations and 44,200 SF of additions to Rosemont Preparatory School. The facility will receive new spaces for a thriving fine arts program as well as enclosed connections between the existing buildings.
Improvements to Rosemont Prep include: art, choir, instrumental music, dance, 400 seat auditorium, black box theater, gymnasium & tornado shelter.
