The new additions to Lucyle Collins Middle School include a two-story academic wing that will house classrooms, science labs, fine arts, collaboration areas, and a gym/storm shelter designed to house future school capacity. Renovations include an expansion of the existing cafeteria, a new serving line, P.E. locker rooms, a new art room, and part of the administration offices. The new additions have increased the school’s capacity to house 1,440 students in grades 6-8. Opened fall 2023.
