The K. David Belt Professional Development Center

David Belt, a Mesquite High School graduate who has served as the Mesquite Education Foundation board president since its inception in 2004, will be the namesake of the new Professional Development Center wing of MISD’s Administration Building. The announcement came as a complete surprise to Mr. Belt: “Thank you, Board. I’m delighted,” he said, noting his parents and in-laws were also long-time MISD supporters. "What an incredible honor."
