WRA is proud to welcome (left to right) Ron Schell and Walter Jefferson to the WRA team.

Ron Schell, IT Manager
Ron grew up in Dallas, TX. He spent 2 years living in Prague, Czech Republic, where worked for the 3rd largest AutoCad distributor in the country. Ron has been in IT for almost 35 years and is ITIL Certified. Ron loves history, is a WWII Living History Re-Enactor, and plays rhythm guitar in a Classic Rock cover band.

Walter Jefferson, Construction Administrator
Walter was born in Texas and grew up in Tucson, Arizona. After high school he studied Business Communications at Northern Arizona University. Prior to joining WRA, Walter worked in Code Compliance with the City of Dallas.

Nia Carlton, Design
Nia graduated in May of 2022 from Louisiana Tech University with a B.S. in Architectural Studies and a minor in Graphic Design. She joins the WRA Dallas office as a member of the Design team and is excited to begin her professional career with WRA.

Sahil Patel, Cost Estimator
Sahil recently graduated from UT-Austin with a degree in Architectural Engineering. His hobbies include basketball, movies, and bouldering. Before WRA, he worked as a project engineer at Rogers O’Brien.

Quinton Scales, Construction Administration Manager
Quinton is originally from Vernon, TX. He joined the U.S. Army after high school where he worked as a Horizontal Construction Engineer and jumped out of airplanes as a paratrooper. After the Army, Quinton attended Texas A&M University and received his Bachelor's degree in Construction Science. Following graduation, he worked for The Beck Group for the Genesis Women's Shelter as a Project Engineer.

Jennifer Spring, Sustainability Manager
Jennifer and her family live in McKinney, TX, where they enjoy an active lifestyle with their chickens, dog, and home gardens. She studied Biology and Business Administration at Texas A&M University-Commerce. Jennifer is excited to bring her passion for community, education, and sustainability to her new role at WRA.
